The recent budget resolves to boost infrastructure projects by allocating funds to the tune of Rs. 48,000 crore towards EWS and Middle-Income Housing projects in urban areas. In FY22, demand for steel is expected to increase by 17 percent, driven by rising construction activities.
As for the rise in cost, making steel using scrap is no more profitable due to high prices of scrap. The volatility of prices of raw material such as coal and scrap causes the prices of TMT Bars to shoot up where one is required to rely primarily on the availability of iron ore for making steel.
Being a material used for the very foundation of the structure and in large quantity, client companies look at reliability, brand name, quality, strength, durability, flexibility and sustainability. Ease & promptness of delivery of products can be a concern for many. Sree Metaliks has established itself as a brand (SM Titan) in Orissa, Bihar & Jharkhand.
As an able TMT bar manufacturer, it is now penetrating into the markets in the entire northern belt including Delhi, NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh & Rajasthan.
