The Journey
Speciality Tapes Industry was incepted in 1995 with minimal capital. Initially, the company was into the trading of Adhesive tapes, Papers and Films. The company later entered into the Conversion business by setting up its factory at Vasai, with only an area of 1500 sq. Ft.
Today, the company has 3 Adhesive Coating lines with Printing machine and other Converting machines with 45000 sq ft constructed area at Vasai - Mumbai. Not just that, Speciality Tapes Industry has its own testing Laboratory with testing equipment as per Adhesive tapes Standard. All tapes are manufactured under the supervision of highly experienced professionals from the Industry.

Having completed 25 years of its Journey in the adhesive tapes business under the leadership of Mr Jinesh Shah, Speciality Tapes has clients all over India with a wide dealers and distributor network. The company also entered into the export business of adhesive tapes and aims to export 25 percent of its total production in the coming years.
Future Road map
Speciality Tapes Industry is planning to set up a new coating plant with a high-tack machine to cope up with the demands in new sectors of Insulation material and specialised paper. Company is developing the new product range by entering into Pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
“Moving ahead, we are planning to open sales offices and converting plants in North and South India. We aim to become a 500 Cr turnover company by 2034,” envisages Jinesh Shah, CEO, Speciality Tapes Industry.
