Sharplex Agro Process (India) was established in 1993 to take over Sharplex Agro Process Engineers, a proprietorship firm founded in the same year with Satish Vasudeo Khadke as the Proprietor. The name was changed to Sharplex Filters (India) in 2002. Satish V. Khadke, with 12 years of unparalleled expertise working with the leading engineering organization (Larsen & Toubro), offered process filtration equipment that are primarily import alternatives to the edible oil, chemical, pharmaceutical, and fertilizer industries.

Robust Infrastructure in Place
Sharplex has a comprehensive manufacturing facility in Rabale MIDC, Navi Mumbai, spanning 45000 square feet. Sharplex has also received certification from M/s. Lloyd's Registers for Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU and is authorized to provide its filters with the 'CE' designation.
The directors bought another facility in Navi Mumbai in 2008, covering an area of 35000 Sq Ft. The company has its own design Cad-Cam center and is equipped with cutting-edge software such as Pv-Elite for ASME calculations and Solid-Edge for 3D drawings. Furthermore, Sharplex's quality management system has been approved by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance to the Quality Management System Standards BS EN ISO 9001:2015, and it is relevant to the design and manufacture of filters, filter elements, and centrifuges for process industry applications.
