The company owns patents for an in-situ barrier type technology for wound management and a target drug delivery vehicle for antimicrobials which have applications in both human and animal health care. Saife has tied up with VMD, a well-known corporate from Belgium, for global marketing of the mastitis management solutions. The company is gearing up its manufacturing facility at Dehradun to launch these technologies by mid of 2022.
The impact of COVID-19 was felt by almost all businesses across the world. “Were organized the current business and continued with our growth plans by entering into a joint venture with Stockmeier, a German chemical major, for biosecurity range of products as well as by expanding existing manufacturing capacities” says Dr Ali.
