“Overall, we have 43 machines for manufacturing including pre-press, press, post-press operations. Some of the key machines are Mark Andy 8 color Label printing presses from USA, Rotoflex Label Inspection Machine from USA, Heidelberg Carton printing machine from Germany, Shinohara Japanese carton printing machine upto 6 colors for METPET Carton Printing, Auto Lock bottom machines for Cartons, Auto Carton Punching/Embossing Machines. We are converting 7 lakhs square meter of paper for labels per month, 25 tonnes Cast material for shrink sleeve labels per month, 55 tonnes of paper for cartons per month,” says Deepan.
