Established in 1989, PRK Fabricators has extensive experience of more than 35 years as a sheet metal fabricator in the industry. As an OEM, we offer fabrication for sheet metal parts, Aluminum parts, and many more based on our client’s requirements. A majority of our deliverables are part of the machinery used in the Food Processing and Large Format Print Machine manufacturing industries. When it comes to market position, we are one of the leading fabricators offering the best quality products at a competitive price range.
We manufacture a wide range of sheet metal components, sheet metal products & parts, and electrical & electronic enclosures. Some of these deliverables include Stainless Steel Hoppers, Control Panels, Control Units, Pneumatic Boxes, Control Desks, and many more. As part of our recent deal with an esteemed client, we are also developing a uniquely built plastic recycling machine for them. While the initial drawing shared by the client didn’t turn out as expected, we stepped up and did the whole development for them, finally putting a deal in place.
Please walk us through the complete cycle of your client engagement process.
The client engagement process usually starts with inquiries from the client’s side. Later, NDA signing and exchange of quality certifications takes place between both parties. Then the client sends their drawings for us to review. Once the review is over, based on the project requirement, we send them our quotation and the process then moves to the negotiation stage.
After a successful negotiation, we verify the drawings and in case of any modifications required, we also send our suggestions. Once the drawings get approved, the client then asks for a prototype before the process moves to the fabrication stage. In some cases, especially for government projects, clients also visit our facility to ensure quality standards before the final approval for fabrication.

What are some of the major challenges you have been facing as an organization and how do you mitigate them?
One of the major challenges throughout the whole journey has been getting loans from banks. Starting our venture from a small workshop space, we eventually decided to enhance our infrastructure as well as production, thereby taking up loans to buy machinery as well as a bigger office space. That’s when the pandemic hit badly across industries and we faced a hard time paying back the EMIs. The government needs to take up some strong initiatives for the MSMEs to sustain in our country. Even we faced a hard time while procuring raw materials in bulk amounts and were unable to deliver to our clients on time, even losing projects. However, we still persevered and delivered to our clients.
Shed some light on the infrastructure and the USP of PRK Fabricators. What is the future roadmap of the firm?
When it comes to Fabrication setup, we are fully equipped with some of the latest technologies and machinery, which includes a Laser Cutting Machine, CNC Bending Machine, and CO2 Welding Machine, enabling us to increase our production efficiency. The USP of PRK Fabricators lies in its team effort, customer commitment, and integrity. Some of our employees have been with us for the last 25-30 years.
Even during the pandemic, while we were hit with many issues, we, including the top management, rolled up our sleeves and even worked overtime to supply the deliverables to our clients. Coming to the future roadmap, we are working on expanding our client base while trying to consistently meet the client’s expectations in terms of quality, delivery, and cost. We are also working on serving more sectors across our country.
