The Construction of almost 100% recyclable, eco-friendly and sustainable buildings with energy and time efficiency is the major asset of Primus prefab. Pre-engineered Buildings (PEB) have gained significant traction as businesses recognize their cost-effectiveness and rapid construction advantages over traditional methods. Initially met with skepticism, PEB manufacturer Primus Prefab & Engineering, contributing to the industry's rapid growth as one of India's largest manufacturers of steel structures, has responded to increasing demand by investing in advanced prefabrication technologies. Both on-site and off-site prefabrication allow work to proceed in a controlled environment alongside field operations, resulting in higher-quality products, minimal site disruption, and faster project completion.
We are experienced at delivering projects with regulatory and security standards, with safety as the top priority, we develop project-specific safety plans and mitigation procedures Primus Prefab uses the latest technology and proven products to deliver the most energy-efficient, architecturally versatile exteriors in the construction industry today, employing a process that saves time, adds value and improves quality.
"Initially, we focused primarily on on-site work, but we shifted to in-house prefabrication.
We now fabricate the entire building structure in a controlled environment before delivering it to the site for assembly. This approach addresses several challenges, such as the logistical difficulties of transporting and installing machinery on-site and dealing with inconsistent power supplies. By handling most of the work in-house, we ensure a more efficient, reliable process and faster construction timelines. Also, we have set a milestone for our competitors by constructing one of the longest sheds in the entire south India Region", says Anil Athwal.
