The environment is in a state of threat today, with many vehicles running on the road, and producing extensive levels of fuel emissions, specifically smoke emissions. While burning gasoline and diesel fuel create harmful byproducts like nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, benzene, and formaldehyde, including the most common human-caused greenhouse gas - carbon dioxide, the smoke emissions from diesel engines emit black smoke (combusting under stoichiometric condition - low air/fuel ratio).
Well, 'Adblue' is the Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) that exists as a solution for diesel-run vehicles today. DEF is an anti-pollution agent that can inhibit and reduce harmful nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions from diesel-powered internal combustion engines. Amongst the host of suppliers providing 'Adblue' as diesel engine exhaust treatment fluid, Neetu Solutions going by the brand name 'GREENOX' is one that stands recognized.
Supplying the end-use industries, including marine, automotive, and aerospace with D.E.F in bulk, IBCs, and packages, GREENOX also provides them with a full range of high-quality storage and dispensing equipment, suitable for every application and budget. Established in 2018, Neetu Solvents is a startup company of ‘Supreme Group’ Companies with an annual turnover of Rs. 800 crores with exposure in the Manufacturing of Ferrous Metals, Logistics conglomerate, and Manufacturing Chemical, and already exists in 12 states of the country.
Supreme Road Transport (Delhi), Sky Alloys & Power (Raigarh), and Sulochana Organics (Sonipat). Incepting Neetu Solvents, the company’s founders Manish Kheria (experience of urea & resins of 20 years) & Arun Singhal (experience of transport & logistics of 18 years) very soon realized, good market potential coming up in this product (“Adblue”), and thus introduced the brand product line- GREENOX into its manufacturing kitty.
The company with the latest Made in India manufacturing infrastructure is quite committed to providing customers with quality 'Adblue' products deploying the latest technology and standard practices. “Initially, we bought a plant from China, but later on when we expanded our production facility, now we have Made in India plant, through which we are doing our production. Right now, the production facility is in Khushkhera, Dist. Bhiwadi Rajasthan and from there we are supplying our products PAN India to our customers”, shares Arun Singhal, Co-Founder, Neetu Solvents. The market of 'Adblue' market is growing at a very tremendous pace today, in a straight-line graph, witnessing the increasing demand for the product with the old vehicles getting obsolete and the new BS6 norms coming into the picture since April 2020. Right now, as the market is increasing and the consumption level per customer is increasing on a daily basis, the
customer faces a cost challenge as 'Adblue' is an additional cost to them. “Likewise as customers are looking forward to minimizing their costs by looking out for the minimized cost of 'Adblue', GREENOX serves the customer's cost optimization by understanding their material requirements and giving them an optimal solution.
GREENOX introduced DEF Dispensing Units (DDU) in the market, upgrading from traditional patterns of 20 liters buckets and 210 liters barrels and 1000L IBC. Today every other market leader is keeping a DEF dispensing unit storage capacity tank of around 3KL and a motorized dispensing system, so that packaging cost goes out of the picture and the products become cheaper, it saves wastage of the product and maintains the quality of the product”, Arun.
All About its Quality Approach & Infrastructure in Place
At present, 70 percent of GREENOX's sales volume is operating through the loose selling to the customers through the DEF dispensing units which it has commissioned at the customer’s premises, so, that they get the product at a better price and the packaging cost which is around 25 percent of 'Adblue' urea also gets minimized. Being an 'Adblue' certified company, it ensures end-to-end quality checks by performing different levels of quality checks which are implied right from procuring of the raw material to the production process.
In fact, the supply of “Adblue” is under check from the manufacturing point from the factory to the delivery point. “We are taking care of products even at the delivery points, and even after the delivery of the product, our marketing team keeps on giving surprise visits at the customer's point, so that till that time our product is consumed, there is no mishandling of the product. These checks are maintained through a prepared checklist. Our team educates the customers each time, and makes them equipped to take care of the products”, adds Arun.
Not only this, GREENOX having the licensee of the trademark of "Adblue", an authorized vendor of HPCL in entire North India and Raipur (Chhattisgarh), GREENOX produces its materials using artificial intelligence (A.I) and implies a green process of production (recycling the residue water twice). For the process of filtration of the water which gets outsourced from the suppliers, first of all the water quality is checked, and after a different filtration process, when the water gets prepared, it again gets checked.
As the residue water left over is usually drained out by people into the drainage water system, GREENOX has a system for even recycling that water again into the Green Plantation Process so that there is zero wastage of water and the water level of the mother Earth is maintained & the plant is having complete rain-water harvesting to save the ‘water’. “It is our state-of-the-art technology unit that there is no discharge of any wastewater. We are actually saving, this environment by producing this 'Adblue'. Our Plant works with the ZERO Discharge Agenda and saves our Mother Earth, by selling our product through DDU. We are also saving the usage of Plastic Buckets which are again a waste”, shares Manish.
GREENOX is an OEM supplier to Action Construction Equipment (ACE) & now it has become an OEM supplier to Hindustan Petroleum (HPCL) as well
Growth & Future Ahead
GREENOX started by, working in a tie-up with HPCL and selling its product at all the HPCL retail outlets in the North & North Central Zone. With the businesses being whittled down during COVID while it operated continuing the same, today GREENOX has come up stronger, foraying into the aftermarket sales by pushing the brand. "From 2023 March onwards, again, we have gone into tie up with HPCL to become their vendor for these products, we have committed to giving good quality material at reasonable prices to achieve their sales, and we will be working towards it and we are also in talks with the PSU’s for setting up DDU’s at their retails outlets to make the product available to customers at 25 percent less cost”, shares Manish.
“In this business, It's a very transport-sensitive product, and thus our company is more focused on opening up plants at different locations to save the transportation cost that our customers have to bear. We strive to give them the product right at their doorstep at a very reasonable price. We will be opening more and more plants in Tier-II and Tier-III cities where the demand is more. It will be majorly around the mining areas because the consumption is quite high there and because they are in the interiors. We are looking towards reducing their cost so that they get the product at very marginal prices”, concludes Arun.
