With products that were previously imported, was made available by us, thereby helping the clients with faster time, lesser cost while maintaining the quality”, mentions Nelson.

Moreover, Paul Singh Nelson son of K.Nelson joined his father’s business around the year 2008 after completing PG in Tool Design at NTTF. Since then he has also played a critical role in the development of various new products and has brought very advanced technology in process and tooling. He has systemized the entire operation of the company from Production, Quality and made sure the latest systems and technology is implemented at each and every department.
The Growth Map
Started as a humble unit with one machine and two employees, the company has now grown into a turnover of more than 100 crores and employs more than 500 employees under the hard work & leadership of K. Nelson. The Customer base also grew from one to 15 now and we have also begun exports to countries like Mexico, China and Australia.
“The company has witnessed enormous growth year on year and now we have a total of seven units in Chennai, the path has not been easy and is also not easy and we faced our due set of challenges in the form of Chennai flood and COVID", says Nelson.
In the coming years, it looks forward to achieve a turnover of more than 500 crore in the next five years and become a global stamping and assembly supplier. Moreover, Necco tools also wants to vertically expand to products like Lamination stamping and to be better prepared for changing products and requirements to enhance. “In the days forward, we want to grow along with its existing customers by adding more new customers from every sector locally and globally”, concludes Nelson.
