All their machines and equipment are designed in a way to provide a hassle-free experience to their customers. “Our clients have a very specific process, and we like to look at what the problem is. When devising the step to automated sortation, that is often a capital investment, and you want to make sure what you buy will also be ready for future usage and gives you a return on investment. Our sorting machines are roughly 99 percent accurate, and we also want to calculate the return on investment for our customers. So, we make sure that when they buy a machine, they actually get a return on investment.” adds Kasper.
