Additionally, while each of our batteries undergo curing for 40 hours and charging for 92 hours, we make sure that each of our automotive batteries are charged for 50 hours before being dispatched into the market. Further, we also have a chemical engineer who thoroughly checks the quality of raw materials that are sourced for our production process and straight away rejects any material that fails to match our standards. Also, our logistics manager MR Mallikarjun, lab incharge Chandan Kumar, sales coordinator Sweatha Golkonda and our chartered accountant MR Murali Krishna ensure that every process within our company are streamlined and happen without any hassles. This has enabled Energion to maintain almost zero complaints so far across its entire range of batteries", shares Emmanuel.
“At present, we are supplying our batteries across 16 states in India, including many private & government banks and the Indian Navy. Some of the other countries that we supply our batteries to are Dubai and Syria in the Middle East and Kenya, Nigeria, Niger and Senegal in Africa. Currently, we have a production capacity is 20,000 batteries per month and plan to increase it to 30,000 by June-July and up to 50,000 by March next year to successfully cater to the demand that our company’s batteries have across those regions”, concludes Emmanuel, explaining the future roadmap of his company.
