The Inception Story
Originating with three Cummins employees, the firm’s journey began by supplying diesel engine components & machining fixtures. Diversification initiatives spurred by the 2008-09 financial crisis led the firm to become a Tier-I supplier to various industries, including Oil & Gas, Machine Tools, Material Handling, and Instrumentation & Process Engineering. Growing consistently since its inception, the company today boasts an impressive 150+ employee strength, 30 percent of which are women.
Recently, the company expanded into the medical sector, serving as a contract manufacturer for implants and surgical instruments across various segments, trusted by renowned hospitals in India.
CTCIPL manufactures and supplies critical machined components and sub-assemblies, typically used in the oil and gas sector for downhole drilling applications. Furthermore, the firm also supplies parts to process industries used in food, pharma & environment sector, which demand a high level of cleanliness. With over 50 percent of its sales generated from exports, the firm proudly demonstrates its global competence.
