This mega plant has beautifully been put up on 27,000 SQM of lush green eco-friendly environment with separate buildings for each division, clean rooms and concrete roads. The key lime peel processing equipment and dryer have been imported from Mexico, USA and Italy. The Pectin Plant has been recently expanded and modernised to International Standards.
The laboratory is fully equipped with imported Shimadzu HPLC, GC and UV Spectrophotometer. Product Excellence
The company has a full-fledged Herbal Extraction facility that has been added in the year 2010 with six Extractors, nine Reactors, three RFE’s, RVD, ANFD, Centrifuges, VTDs, and more. This facility can process about 4,500 MT of Raw herbs per year, and supported by three spray dryers which can produce about 1,000 kgs Spray dried powder per day. The USP of Herbal facility is that food grade Ethanol is used as the Solvent apart from Spray drying route. Some of the regular Herbal extracts that are processed at Cifal Herbal are: Ashwagandha, Bacopa, Boswellai, Garcinia, Fenugreek, Citrus Bioflavanoids, and more. Any other Botanical extracts can be processed with any solvent as wanted by the customers.
Cifal Herbal has developed a special process to produce unique Dehydrated Black Limes very hygienically which is in great demand in gulf countries. It has facility to process dehydrated Fruits and Vegetables in steam heated Dryers. “The company in association with highly experienced Ayurvedic Scientists developed Natural/Herbal Feed Supplements for Cattle, Poultry and Aqua Sectors.
