Manufacturing and Quality Assurance process
Firstly, raw materials are checked immediately on arrival at the manufacturing plant. The quality assurance team checks for outer packing, weight, batch, etc. Secondly, before taking the Pre-coated coils into production, all checks related to its paint durability are performed in Bansal’s quality assurance laboratory by qualified professionals.
Secondly, during the manufacturing process, the rollers of the machines are checked for burrs, proper gap and perfect profiling is done and the sheets are cut accurately. After every 5 cuts, the next piece of the sheet is checked for dimensional stability, scratches, and colour peeloff. Once the sheets are manufactured, they are bundled and packed as specified in IS with proper covering and packing done to protect it from damages that would occur during transportation.
