Bagavathi Precision Products also uses advanced quality measuring equipment such as Video Measuring system with 67X magnification to check the component profiles and tool elements in the initial stage itself to avoid the rejection at the final stage. The firm follows Corrective and Preventive Action in 8 Discipline (8D) format for all types of quality complaints in order to permanently fix the root cause and avoid repeated complaints.
