Additionally, Aryan Exporters had received the opportunity to supply rubber products to India's first metro rail services at Kolkata. Aryan
Exporters provided Sealing caps, Rubber buffer metro, and rubber snubbers for the Kolkata Metro project.
Today, Aryan Exporters is one of the leading manufacturers of high-capacity side buffer pads. Aryan side buffer pads have a total load capacity of more than 1225 kgM and can withstand high impacts even at heavy shunting speeds. It has been extensively used in ICF-type coaches in the Indian Railways and is easy to install with zero maintenance cost. When it comes to silent blocks – one of the rubbers to metal bonded products, the ones manufactured at Aryan can endure load under oscillating conditions. Aryan was first to develop high-capacity Buffer Pads which was introduced to Indian Railways with Arayn’s Drawing No. AE 1110. Also, its product Polyurethane shim was used in primary suspension in Loco and has eliminated the breakage issue of spring on the first coil. Railway thereafter nicknamed it as ‘Happy Pads’. This has saved millions of rupees of Indian Railways in maintenance & replacement cost.
