To make the caps & closures AG Poly Packs uses fully automatic multicavity molds with a Hot Runner System to avoid wastage in the manufacturing process. To make the bottles the company uses Injection. Blow Moulding (IBM) & Injection. Stretch Blow Moulding (ISBM) Machines resulting in zero wastage of material. In addition to that, the materials used are also recyclable. As the popularity of any product increases, the chance of them being counterfeited also increases.
To avoid this problem and to stop such unethical practices, It has also started manufacturing Caps using Bi-Injection Technology. Moreover, AG Poly Packs ensures that their designs are registered & legal certificates are obtained for the same. ‘We go one step forward and engrave Design Registration Number at the bottom of our bottles so that ethically aware manufacturers are prevented from using the same design,’ Manoj Manjure, Vice President.
