with reactive dyes,' explains Jayant. By using DNS liquid, dying cost is eliminated by reducing the chemical consumption used in the pre-treatment of dying. When DNS Liquid is used with PCR dying there is no need of using Peroxide stabilizer, Leveling agent and dye bath conditioning.
Fiber reactive dyes are widely used in the dyeing of fibers and fabrics due to their brilliance, variety of hue, high wet fastness, convenient usage, and high applicability. These reactive dyes contain a reactive group, either a haloheterocycle or an activated double bond, that when applied to fiber in an alkaline dye bath, forms a chemical bond with a hydroxyl group on the cellulosic fiber. And when Cellulose fabrics are dyed with reactive dyes, it requires a large amount of salt and alkali, which affect environmental pollution and fresh watercourses. To overcome this issue, Amey Chemtech has developed a substitute for salt and soda, Neutrofix- RBS. Neutrofix-RBS replaces electrolyte and alkali by 90 percent in reactive dyeing and replaces silicate curing in printing while reducing dyeing time and washing cycles.
