Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is totally dedicated to sustainable development in the area of green energy. Mahendra Nath Pandey, the Union minister
for heavy industries, said in a tweet that the FAME ll program's use of electric vehicles has resulted in a 22.9 billion litre fuel savings and a 33.9 billion kilogramme CO2 reduction. The government, according to the prime minister, is wholly dedicated to green energy development that is sustainable. Starting with a webinar on green growth, PM Modi will address stakeholders about different announcements made in the Union Budget 2023–24.
Six breakout sessions covering both the energy and non-energy aspects of green growth will be included in the webinar on the topic. Green growth is one of the seven major priorities of the Union Budget 2023-24 for ushering in the country's green industrial and economic transition, environmental friendly agriculture and sustainable energy.
