Regarding the company’s products and services, Ansh states, “We manufacture a high-quality comprehensive range of masterbatches, which are extensively used for different industrial applications. Weather and heat resistance is the unique selling point of the masterbatches produced.” He, furthermore adds, “The major expectation of the client is the quality consistency & timely delivery. To meet the quality expectations, we make sure that before material leaves our gate after tested by our Q.C. Centre. We have all types of prototype Lab-scale machines. So as per customers’ end application, we practically process the Masterbatch before it reaches to customers’ workshop.”
For ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery, the company uses its database. The database provides all the details of the company’s Masterbatch consumption for the last 12 months. So, for the regular customers, the company mostly maintains the stock in order to provide the regular customers with real-time delivery. Ansh emphasizes the fact that “UNIVERSAL MASTERBATCH is only the manufacturer who produces POLYMERLESS Masterbatch.” It means they are process able with any kind of polymer, unlike conventional available Masterbatch. Roadmap for the future
The company is led by two experienced FOUNDERS who are Chemistry graduates & have also persuaded Polymer Processing Special Courses. It is equipped with the latest generation of processing machines with high automated technology.
Regarding the company’s growth strategy, Ansh concludes “Company is on verge of expansion - almost of double size. It is going to move to huge new space; where state of art buildings will be constructed. Each building will have its own individual Lab facility. All production equipment is almost finalized of European make which has high output but precise quality.” At this point in time, the company has already expanded its reach to extra four sectors. This means the company has now extended its horizon which will elevate the company to a very high level in a very short span of time.
