Packaging India's quest began in 1999 with the establishment of a facility that was only 2000 square feet. When the company was first started, Rahul quickly discovered that although the corrugated box manufacturers and the buyers were aware of certain problems in the paper packaging sector, no one was taking action to fix these little yet significant problems. This created a desire to expose such issues and formulate appropriate solutions for them, leading to the creation of a framework known as the Q.S.T.C.L. Framework. This framework was designed to address the problems existing in the industry, which could be categorized into 4 main groups. In 2001, work on implementing the same framework at the customer's end began and it performed miracles for the consumers, propelling the organization's growth significantly to meet client requirements and, by 2005, Packaging India grew to serve the same clients through six distinct units.
