Being a key player in this market, Ipower Batteries manufactures end-to-end batteries in Lithium-Ion for two-wheelers, three wheelers, and OEM’s by using NMC and LFP cells.
“We are into manufacturing, post-sales, and the service providers to our customers offering them complete battery management right from manufacturing to providing innovative solutions. We also provide smart battery solutions to our customers where our batteries have features like advanced tracking, geo-fencing, remote monitoring, and other innovative features which in the long run help businesses to perform efficiently and cost-effectively,” says Vikas Aggarwal, the MD, Ipower Batteries.

It has dedicatedly invested in rigorous R&D and strived to fulfill the Make in India initiative which has further helped it to instill confidence in its customers. Ipower has its manufacturing and R&D unit based out of Kundli, Haryana which is spread across 50,000 sq. ft where about 200 battery packs are produced per day per shift. “In the next
few years, we intend to manufacture 500 battery packs per day per shift. We use state-of-art technology as we also have in-house R&D units that constantly work out on rigorous research keeping us on the top of our game,” says Vikas.

Many of its clients from the EV sector mostly want lithium-ion batteries along with battery solutions that can fit their product demand and at the same time post-sales and service for these batteries. Ipower meets these demands both in regards to manufacturing and providing post-sales and services for the batteries.

Adding more information about the plans in the future Vikas concludes by saying, “In the next few years, we are planning to increase the manufacturing of the batteries as well as we are reaching out in the market with dealer/distributor system.”
