Metal Rolls
Behari Lal Ispat is engaged in manufacturing of Rolls for Rolling Mills in various grades, designed and customized so as to cater to customer’s needs.
Behari Lal Rolls has emerged as a strong performer when it comes to competence, efficiency, performance and deliverance, and has become one of the leading Rolls manufacturers in India.
The Rolls division is headed by a team of professionals and technical experts having an extensive experience of more than 25 years in the Rolls industry and are capable of handling even the most critical jobs. Currently we are manufacturing rolls and rings of up to 1200 mm in diameter and finish weight of 14 M.T.
Engineering Castings
BLIPL is engaged in manufacturing of Engineering Castings in various grades for core industrial sectors like Steel, Mining, Railways, Construction, Power, Automotive, Railroad Equipment, Paper, Rubber, Cement, Sugar and other specialized areas in As Cast and Machined Condition. The Casting process involves Engineering, Pattern Making, Moulding, Heat Treatment, Fettling and Machining. We are manufacturing castings in special grades with per unit weight ranging from 500 kgs to 15M.T.
Carbon and Alloy Steel Bars
Behari Lal Ispat services the Automobile & Engineering sector by supplying carbon and alloy steel bars in various sections and sizes. Some of the grades that the company manufactures are EN19, SAE8620, EN24, EN353, EN36, F22, D3, H13, DB6, and many more as per the customer's requirement.
BLIPL has a robust infrastructure in place to offer customized solutions fit every industry needs. Its STEEL MELTING SHOP (SMS) consists of a fully digital medium frequency electric furnace with twin shell, digital immersion pyrometer, vacuum degassing unit (V.D.), insulating vermiculite pit among others.
In the first stage, prior to manufacturing, drawings are prepared in CAD software and virtual simulations are run to smoothen out the process which helps to produce the best quality products in the shortest time possible, ensuring quicker deliveries.
When it comes to its machine shop, it is fully equipped with a broad range of latest machines and tools necessary to provide the highest standards of dimensional precision and surface finish for modern mills rolls and engineering castings. Further, multiple stage heat treatment is carried out to achieve optimum physical properties for various applications. To ensure effectiveness, latest technologies are being leveraged such as Fully Automatic PLC Controlled Cycles, Multi-point Temperature Control, Full Control over each individual zone among others.
Also, Behari Lal Ispat patterns are manufactured with modern machines and equipment as well as through our trusted vendors. It has a dedicated storage area for the patterns, and also a separate space for Production patterns on the shop floor itself.
Further, Moulding Shop is integrated with the No-Bake Alphaset Binder System with Continuous Sand Mixer (20 M.T./hr.), Vibratory Flat Surface Compaction Table, Fully Automatic Sand Reclamation Plant (20 M.T./hr.), Silicate-CO2 Binder System with Continuous Sand Mixer (20 M.T./hr.), Core Making Station with Continuous Sand Mixer (5 M.T./ hr) for Chromite Sand and No-Bake Alphaset Binder System, Chiller Dies, Chills and Tackles, Moulding Boxes in various sizes, continuous Supply of CO2 gas through Capsule via Pipeline, and RCC Mold Casting Pits with Platform. Finally, Behari Lal Ispat fettling process involves the removal of the cores, gates, sprues, runners, risers and chipping of any unnecessary projections on the surface of the castings. Its fettling shop is integrated with an automatic shake out machine, automatic shot blasting machine (Hanging Type) 10 m.t. capacity, and swing/angular/pneumatic grinders.
