With a proficient team of in-house heater specialists, the firm excels in delivering 360-degree solutions, starting from designing the
prototype of the heater leveraging the best of industry software. “Keeping in mind the efficacy of the heaters and requirements of our clients, for example – the desired temperature for operations, area of implementation and more, we design a prototype with the help of softwares. Once the prototype is designed, we actively communicate with the client discussing different aspects of the prototype.
Furthermore, we design and re-design the prototype numerous times until we meet the satisfaction of our clients”, mentions Prateek.
After the prototype is finalized, the firm involves its inhouse ERP and QC team to actualize the prototype and assure the desired quality standards while ensuring on-time delivery.
For quality assurance, Airex Electricals runs several tests throughout the manufacturing process and after the manufacturing is complete, the company runs double-tests in-comparison to the prototype developed while testing different functions and aspects of the heater.
