Current financial year, increasing the additional capacity for surfactant is 300 tons, so in total 600 ton per month capacity for surfactant only and soon will be increasing capacity in glycol ether which target is to reach 1000 ton per month.
APL is mainly into manufacturing of glycol ether and in that APL majorly manufactures Methyl Glycol, Methyl Di Glycol. It has a dedicated plant to manufacture the same and supply to pharma industries, agrochemical, dyes manufacture and various other industries. APL has already set up its distributers across India to ensure even small buyers find it easy to buy the product.
In the near future, APL has a number of plans for growth including increasing the capacity to double, introducing its old product which was discontinued in past like Amines and some surfactant. There will be increased focus on Export market and long term contract in domestic. More so, APL is set to introduce new expansion strategies to manufacture MDEA which is used in refinery. APL is already selling Brake Fluid Dot 3, Dot 4 and Coolant to OEM company and soon it has plan to launch in Retail market with small packing.
