The Astar (Black Gold, Silver Alloy and Rear Graphine technology) Series VRLA Gel Battery is based on the DZM and DZF series, both of which are supported by Black Gold,Silver Alloy Technology and Rear Graphine technology. Black Gold enriches the grid with noble metal gold and provides the battery with an excellent large current discharge performance, resulting in a minimum of 880 cycles (charge/ discharge). Silver Alloy and Rear Graphine technology, on the other hand, introduces the noble metal silver into the grid and provides the battery with an excellent large current discharge performance and increased capacity. This results in a minimum of 450 charge/discharge cycles.
These products are based on the DZM and DZF series and have the features which includes better durability, safety, and excellent cost efficiency. Each grid of the battery is treated with Black Gold, Silver Alloy and Rear Graphine Technology, which reduces internal resistance and allows for high current discharge/charge. It is completely sealed, and an improved polymer gel is added to prevent leaks. The battery contains more positive active material, which increases the battery's initial capacity. To top it all off, the addition of Black Gold and Silver improves the grid's anti-corrosion capability and boosts the battery's service life.
