The rising global population and the requirement of new commercial & residential structures to address the population demand serve as major factors, driving the crane market growth. Increasing government and private investments in the new construction & building projects to provide better infrastructure facilities are supporting the crane market expansion.
Additionally, the need for enhanced structures across various industry verticals including telecommunication, oil & gas, manufacturing, etc. is further supporting the market. These machines at gaining demand across application industries owing to the enhanced performance and efficiency benefits compared to the conventional options. Moreover, the increased automated safety features added in newly developed machines will add up to the product demand.

State of the Art Infra
The company has over 6000 Sq. Meters of covered area with adequate no of overhead Cranes, Forklifts and pick-n carry Cranes. There is a 125 KVA of power generation facility apart from regular power supply. This facilitates uninterrupted production and hence timely delivery. There are well established quality Assurance Department supported by in-house Chemical Laboratory to do chemical analysis of steel plates, forgings and bars and few other products.
There is also in-house ultrasonic testing facility to detect indepth hidden defects. X-ray viewing facility, hardness testing and fleet of measuring instruments. They have in-house load test facility up to 150 Tones and well-equipped in-house machine shop (please refer attached list of Machinery). Maximum crane capacity built by the company is 200T and Maximum Span of 36m and are in the process of manufacturing a 300T Gantry Crane.

“Our credibility in manufacturing of single girder, double girder EOT and Goliath Cranes is very impressive. In fact, we are the regular supplier of EOT/Goliath Cranes to M/S J Kumar Infraprojects, Larsen & Toubro, Gayatri Projects, ITD Cementation”, says Rishab.
Projections for the Future
The company hold a lot of respect for the current government of the country and they think that under their leadership, the country has been developing. It is also of the opinion that the BJP government has help improve the condition of the material handling sector as well and the company has benefitted from that a lot.
“Currently, we are only supplying to a fraction of the demand. Moving further, we would like to cater to the other major segments of the industry. We had a turnover of close to 50 crore in the last financial year and we plan to take it higher in the days to come”, concludes Rishab.
