The Statement of Goodwill
Reitz Turbovent is a 50:50 Indo-German joint venture company that was formed in collabortion with Konrad Reitz Ventilatoren GmbH, Hoxter, Germany. The company was formed for the design, engineering, production, and after-sales service of all ranges of centrifugal fans and axial fans to serve the markets of India, the Middle East, and South East Asia. Reitz Turbovent was producing fans from the Production facilities of Turbovent Industries with an area of 2000 sq. meters and trained manpower of 60 persons.
“One-of-its-kind CNC Spinning technology and only one of its big sizes in India - Reitz India's Fully-automatic Spinning Machine is designed to form nozzles, cones, roll flanges, and bell-mouths in free-form from circular ducts and in circular plates. The method used is of rolling free form, which makes it possible to roll many different shapes. The machine is capable of providing large shrouds up to 4.5-meter diameter and thickness of 16mm using 1.8928 material”, concludes Prasad.
