4-Phased Manufacturing Process
Marvel Air Flow follows a 4-phase process in manufacturing the fans and blowers. The first step is where the technical team interacts with the clients and obtains the requirement specifications from them. Secondly, these technical details and requirements are forwarded to the design team, where the design team uses the in-house developed software and designs the blowers as per the customers’ requirements. Thirdly, this design is forwarded to the production team and the production team manufactures high-quality blowers exactly as per the design specifications. Once the blower has been manufactured, it is tested by the quality team for high performance using various types of testing such as performance testing and vibration testing on each blower in our testing facility.
