Owing to the rising consciousness for a safe workplace, Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) are increasingly gaining popularity as the new way to accomplish different projects in a safe and timely manner. However, AWP being a relatively new concept necessitates the service providers to constantly apply a hands-on approach for the optimum realization of the dedicated purpose. Furthermore, in the fast-paced business world, the clients demand a blend of additional assistance that not only ensures quick turn-around time but also assures quality service with consistency; and this is where The Manlift Group comes in.
According to Siddharth Shrivastav, Country Manager, Manlift, “We are by far the market leader and pioneer company in India providing MEWPs/AWPs/Cherry Pickers for working at heights safely and productively through rentals and sales. With an experience of more than 12 years and a presence at a PAN India level, we are the only MNC catering to a wide range of industries backed by our huge number of machine fleets, ranging from 5-58M".
End-To-End Service
Manlift has uniquely designed its operation line with a focus on three key aspects - Safety, Quality and Customer Experience/Satisfaction. To start with quality control measures, the firm has delivered undivided attention on procuring the best-in-class AWPs from the leading OEMs like JLG, Genie, Skyjack, Haulotte, MEC and Teupen. Currently, Manlift has more than 1500 machine fleets with an average inclusion of 200 machines
every year. The organisation has not only limited itself to the number of machines but also diversified into delivering variety.
Today, Manlift has built up the capacity to offer a range of machines like - Rough terrain, Spiders, Crawlers, with options of Articulated and telescopic booms with height ranging from 5-50M and options of electric and diesel operated as per application & customer requirements. To maintain these machines and ensure their optimum usability, the firm has designed a lean process termed 'The Manlift Way'. Based on Kaizen principles, this has laid down all steps and processes to maintain all machines in the entire group in a most effective manner.
Furthermore, during circumstances circling around parts upgrades or change, it is customary for the firm to use only the branded and OEM certified spare parts. Focusing on customer satisfaction and experience, Manlift has developed a 'My Manlift' customer platform that allows customers to hire and off-hire machines and book the required training. With every hired machine, Manlift assigns one operator to efficiently operate it and get the job done at heights safely.
These operators are not only trained to operate but also educated to follow the IPAF safety parameters (UK). Moreover, the total service is backed by an efficient team of technical service providers and a dedicated Customer Support Department. “Speed and accuracy of service support makes us the leaders of this market”, concludes Siddharth.
Manlift considers safety as absolutely essential to their product offering and their vision in delivering 'The Best Customer Experience' – indeed it is part of their DNA. They deliver safe access and they will never ever make any compromise on what is one of their core values. In practice, that means safe equipment and processes, in addition to the knowledge & awareness that comes from certified training and embedded safety culture.
