Growth Story
The company was started in the year 1999, with an objective of giving best. It has always focused on giving. M square gave more than 200 unique ideas to the industry. Sometimes in the initial stages M Square experienced that, because of unavoidable circumstances it had to spend much more than planned. However, it went ahead to achieve what it had committed. This has helped the company in creating a very strong good will.
It can proudly say that those customers who were with it in the initial years, they are still with M Square. They have experienced excellent attitude with innovative ideas to sort out their puzzles. Now they feel that they are going through path of lowest resistance. “I was in Japan in the year 1999 for EDP at Osaka, This was organized by M/s AOTS Japan. Two important triggers I got after three weeks of eye opening training. Japanese entrepreneur’s primary objective is to help society or country and they want to run MSME’s for 400/500 years”, says Mohan.
Between 2000 and 2010 major jobs were structurally in timber towers, it got educated from FRI and studied in details IS standards and it was the first one to start sharing these standards with Industry. This has helped customer and vendors to have proper testing standards. This has improved reliability of structures. M Square had become pioneers in speaking and giving solutions on structural failures. The industry understood that giving solution to existing problems is much difficult than giving new towers after which M Square started supplying new towers also since 2005 only. Regionally the company’s presence is in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Goa, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Andhra, Telangana, Odisha, MP and others.
M Square started giving integrated solutions right from first case, and for every application different solution. So whenever it used to interact with customers, they started asking it about new ideas. Then it started working on auditing existing systems. In 2021 M Square was awarded by Manufacturing Today conferences which were co-sponsored by M/s Aditya Birla Group, in the field of Skills and training. The company observed that, majority of the users were unaware of the CT basics and behaviour, they were unaware of best practices in CT.
Future Endeavours
M Square Engineers plans to work on a lot of aspects in the days to come that include innovation to improve performance by 25 percent under Nation First mission, standardization and modular construction, lead time reduction by 50 percent to help buyer to cut lead time , design for collapse proof structures to help buyer in improved reliability, spread in another 10 states in next 2 years, 5X growth in exports in next 2 years and last but not the least cross 100Cr plus in next two years.
