Rotational Moulding is a very competitive process, when understood right. The flexibility it offers is unparalleled to none. It offers designers the opportunity to achieve potentially complex products which are stress-free, along with offering budding entrepreneurs to utilize their creativity and come-up with unique solutions for an ever-changing world. It enables established companies to offer durable products to a market which is becoming more and more sensitive to polymer consumption and scale-up their operations at the same time.
In a world where energy consumption at every step of the supply chain is being closely monitored with a lens, it’s important to have machinery and moulds which offer you the best in the world. As we come across the uncertainties of the modern era, it’s important to be able to setup your operations with inherent flexibility to embrace the changes ahead. M Plast offers you such solutions for all your ambitious rotational moulding requirements.
M Plast India Limited has been on the forefront in bringing about the rotational moulding revolution in the subcontinent. For over 35 years, M Plast has been manufacturing Rotational Moulding Machinery of unmatched value, and Ancillary equipments including Pulverizers, Mixers, Compounding Extruders, Scrap Grinders and Moulds. The company is known for its high quality and energy efficient machinery which are quite literally maintenance-free.
Established by R.P. Shukla, M Plast India is a one stop solution for one’s all Roto Moulding needs. Over the years, their never ending quest to serve demanding customers and improve efficiency of their machines has led M Plast to establish a Research and Development Center which complements their state-of-the-art manufacturing plant. Their in-house CAD, CAM and CAE capabilities have allowed them to build thermo-mechanical solutions of unmatched value for the rotational moulding industry.
Understanding Customer Requirements
“Our core strength is our young, highly-skilled and adaptive work-force that has allowed us to not just grow, but truly evolve over the years,” says Mohit Shukla, Director, M Plast India. The company has gained a deep insight into global industry’s requirements with customers in over 45 countries and more than 325 installations over the years.
M Plast India uses CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) tools to analyze robustness and performance of machinery components and assemblies. CAE includes simulation, optimization and validation. The company’s in-house Virtual Prototype Tests allow it to cater to customers who wish to reduce the product development cycle and introduce new products early into the market.

While conventionally only water tanks were being made from this process, the technological progress over the past decade has enabled Rotational Moulding to produce durable automotive products such a fuel tanks, furniture items, road safety equipment, and products related to sanitation, along with the conventional food and oil storage equipment. Needless to say, the importance of water tanks is only going to increase by the day, with ever increasing water-related scarcity throughout the world. With the advent of CNC machined aluminium and steel moulds, there are many more areas one can explore, delivering products with dimensional precision and tighter tolerance. Since very little pressure is exerted in the rotomoulding process, the price of a rotational mould is less in comparison to injection or blow moulds. This allows one to introduce newer products to the market, at a fractional cost.
Since the very beginning, M Plast India has incessantly worked to maintain maximum customer satisfaction, keeping its values of responsiveness, delivery commitment and unparalleled quality always at the forefront, and it continues to do so even today.
