One of the largest dispersers made in India, of batch capacity 3.25MT with 100HP motor was manufactured and exported by us to Dubai UAE. We have installed and commissioned a fully automatic drymix plant of capacity 500MT/Day on turnkey basis. Amidst the lockdown, due to Covid19 pandemic, a Nanomill was delivered to a pharmaceutical company and successfully commissioned by us for dispersion quality d90~200 nm. Our customer appreciates our Vacuum RotoJet mixer of batch volume 1000 litre material of specific gravity 1.5 with only 5.5kW motor and maintaining high degree of vacuum throughout the course of mixing. Our hydraulic three roll mill has been successfully dispersing Carbon nanotubes for the World’s largest single walled CNT manufacturer.

High speed disperser is available in batch volume from lab scale of 500 ml to large production scale of 5000 litre with homogeniser configuration, double suction disc, vacuum operation, rotary wall scraper, flameproof version, various drive mechanisms as options. Horizontal paddle blender is available in batch capacity of 5kg to 10MT in Single & Double shaft configuration with liquid addition through atomisation, graduated feeding hoppers, feed screw conveyors, packing machines and turnkey installation. RotoJet mixer is available in batch volume from lab scale 200ml to large production scale 20,000litre with vacuum operation and flameproof version. Hydraulic Three Roll Mill is available from Lab scale model to large scale production model with automatic roll cooling control, micro gap control mechanism, safety features, automatic dry run protection as standard and flameproof version as option. Horizontal Bead Mill is available in active chamber volume from 400 ml to 100 litre with flameproof version and Nanomill as option.
