"Pursuing my master's in climate change and sustainability, I considered environmental protection. While traveling on a motorbike, I felt I saw a mountain, but as I got closer, I realized it was an enormous pile of garbage; at that moment, I realized India's garbage problem. I discovered that there are machines accessible, but they all require electricity, rendering the objective moot as a majority of India's electricity is generated by coal-burning thermal power facilities. So,I decided to engage in research and development with my collaborator, Sandip Patil (CTO), to create a solar-powered device that converts waste into compost; after a successful attempt, we patented it", states, Rutvick Pedamkar, MD, Klimrus.

Klimrus manufactures and installs solar compost machines to meet the necessary compliances (SWM rules 2016) for the environment's benefit. The solar compost machine process begins with waste segregation followed by shredding, is then stored for six days in the SCM, and finally is transferred to the curing area for storage as pre-compost and transforms into final compost.
