How do you see the market for Servo Voltage stabilizers evolving in India? What are the major factors driving the growth of this sector? How is your company positioned in this segment?
Since India is developing at a rapid pace, we anticipate strong growth in the Indian stabilizer market. We foresee a good trend in all segments, including residential, commercial, and industrial. Customers are unwilling to take a risk because the quality of power available is still subpar. As a result, they opt for voltage stabilizers. Furthermore, overall demand for electronic products is expected to rise, resulting in increased demand for voltage stabilizers.
Today, we are quite well positioned in our segment because customers want high-quality products from reputable companies. There is a lot of opportunity for established companies like us because we are deep-rooted in the industry, and they know they will get long-term support from us throughout the product life cycle.
What are the major expectations of clients from a company offering voltage stabilizers and how do you strategize to meet these expectations?
An Indian customer always considers the stabilizer over the long term. He or she would like it to work for years with a very high Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF). This is why we never sacrificed quality. We have never compromised on the quality of the design, process, raw materials used, or systems implemented, and we will never do so because quality is a core value.
Please elaborate on the wide range of products you offer such as voltage stabilizers, UPS and inverters, solar products, and many others.
We manufacture relay-type voltage stabilizers for domestic use and have special variants for rural use. We also manufacture Servo Controlled Voltage Stabilizers ranging from 1KVA single phase to 2000KVA three-phase, as well as Static Voltage Stabilizers (IGBT based) ranging from 1KVA single phase to 200KVA three-phase. We are also major suppliers of other critical products in the field of power and control electronics like Battery Chargers, UPS, and more.
What major factors differentiate your company from your competitors providing similar solutions?
The primary product would essentially remain the same if we could see. The customer, on the other hand, is more interested in the augmented product because that is where the value delivery and differentiation occur. Our products are made in a world-class facility with superior quality, original raw materials sourced only from authorized sources, even if the prices are higher than the duplicates available. We place a strong emphasis on providing after-sales service support. We have systems and values that allow us to be present in the market for an extended period of time and thus provide support throughout the entire product life cycle. We prioritize meeting and satisfying the needs of our customers while not sacrificing key features. Some of the products are custom-made with additional features as per customer requirements.

We have made significant investments in plant and machinery, as well as processes and systems, to ensure that our products are manufactured in a world-class facility. Static Voltage stabilizers are also manufactured in-house for critical equipment such as medical and laboratory equipment. Our team performs continuous benchmarking with world-class products and specifications, as well as product upgradation.

In the 26 years since GEPL's journey began, we have experienced rapid growth.
