The documentation is being done stage-wise in order to ascertain responsibility and traceability during the process. Currently, Global Steel Company has installed state of the art machines for Cutting (Germany) and pate processor, Drilling (Japan) and beam line welding machine (Italy). These machines are CNC based and ensure a high degree of quality of fabrication. Further, the Global Steel Company team consists of well qualified engineers having relevant experience in the similar industry. Target based incentive schemes are also in place for motivation of team members. Remunerations of team members are one of the highest in the industry. “Attrition of employees is very low. Promotion within is one of the company policies and most of the employees are growing with the growth of the company. The staff/engineers are encouraged to attend in house and outside training programs for proficiency and skill upgradation for individual and new product development.
With a current annual capacity of 24000 MT/year, Global Steel Company is set to increase the production to 40000 MT/ year by the end of 2022.
