Incorporated with 11 CNC machining centers just five years ago, GK Industrial Components chose a robust and proactive path for its growth from the first day. The firm quickly started expanding its capabilities by developing state-of-the-art facilities by adding tool clamping, tool presetting and metrological capabilities, and getting its ISO certification within the first year. In 2021, the firm added 8 more CNC machines along with HMC, and installed a 100 Kw solar plant as well. The following year saw the addition of CMM and Contour tracer in addition to working towards gaining the AS9100D certification, and the following year instal-lation of ERP and machine connect for Industry 4.0 became major focal points. In the current year the company has expanded further, inaugurating a new facility under the name of Aura Precision.

Following a complex multistage process consisting of precise pre-manufacturing processes, manufacturing processes, and post-manufacturing processes, the company ensures that its components are manufactured in a manner that aligns with the particular needs of the clients. During the pre-manufacturing phase, the company checks and aligns the machines and tools required for manufacturing the components to ensure there is no discrepancy of measurements or other parameters that can cause irregularity of products. Throughout the manufacturing process as well, the company uses automated systems and several technologies to ensure its products are correctly developed and the machines perform as expected, and stop when the production is completed.
