According to the senior management of the company, the major expectations from client organizations include delivering a quality product and an on-time delivery of equipment. Any delay in delivery of equipment or breakdown can cost the client lakhs of rupees. Also, these equipment need to have an IQ, OQ, PQ validations done as per protocol. The client hence expects the necessary quality assurance documents to be submitted along with the equipment.

Speaking about the road ahead for Fine Fab, CTO, D.Venkateswara Reddyconcludes, “We are determined to step up and serve the customers with respect to their changing needs. Keeping the ever-growing needs of the industry, we have expanded our plant capacity to double the existing capacity. We have also invested in automation to achieve even better standards. We currently have an automated welding machine as well as an automated polishing machine which have reduced the loads on our pain points.”
