They do product demonstration at their factory for introducing and promoting the products to its potential customer base. If the customer is not able to visit their factory premises but wanted to have a brief introduction and understanding of the machine operation and process, Etchon also provides online product demonstration. The company does the process of sampling and evaluation to understand the feasibility of the machine to get the results as per customer’s requirement. Etchon also provides Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) agreement to their customers for repairing and maintenance of the machines installed by them.
