Living up to Expectations
After providing the products, the consistent service to the customer is a major challenge because the cutting operator and the labourers are not skilled or semi-skilled. Their machine maintenance is often not up to the mark and Bimetal Bandsaw machines are old and not upgraded hence to maintain the consistent performance of the blade is always challenging. The expectation of the client is always to get the cheapest cutting rate per component (cost per cut). They want the best service, the best price of the Bimetal Bandsaw blade and they also required good credit period from the supplier of these kinds of products.

Otherwise all other brand available are global player and they don’t have manufacturing set up in India and hence their availability and services are not comparable with Bipico. We entered the industrial arena with humble beginning by manufacturing Hacksaw blades. Today, the company is synonymous with respect to quality Hacksaw blades & Bimetal Bandsaws which finds application in a variety of fields”, says Pramit.
