All three founders use their extensive experience and expertise to guide the team at every stage of business. The client engagement process starts with the client drawings. The expert team at APS studies those drawings before presenting a feasibility report to the marketing team based on the material requirements, types of machinery required, project criticality, and cycle time. Based on the report, the firm quotes the price and required delivery timeline to the client. Once the client confirms, the marketing team schedules several meetings and conversations with the clients where all the tiniest details of project requirements are discussed and shared with the respective departments.
