A new manufacturing plant will be built in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, thanks to an investment of more than Rs 200 crore from Servokon Systems Ltd. As part of Servokon's plan to improve its production capabilities, this facility, which will have a 25,000 square metre footprint, will be built. It promised that the building's foundation will be placed soon.
The factory will boost the company's capability for producing transformers up to 220 KV class, as well as contribute to the local economy by creating new jobs. Notably, a separate area for house-made solar panel production will be included in the unit.
