GameChange Solar has secured 7 GW of order bookings in India for the financial year 2024–25 (FY25), with nearly 2 GW of tracker orders finalized in the fourth quarter alone, the company announced.
This brings GameChange Solar’s total project portfolio—both commissioned and under installation—to over 13 GW in the Indian market.
The company’s local manufacturing capacity for key tracker and racking components has now exceeded 20 GW annually.
A significant portion of the new orders in FY25 comprises repeat contracts from existing clients, underscoring the company’s continued engagement in the utility-scale solar segment.
“India continues to be one of the most exciting and dynamic solar markets globally, and this strong finish to FY25 reflects the valued relationships we’ve built with our customers and the reliability of our Genius Tracker systems,” said Vikas Bansal, President – International at GameChange Solar.
He also noted that demand has remained steady across various states, developer profiles, and project sizes—ranging from new engagements to repeat orders.
GameChange Solar’s Genius Tracker systems are engineered for high-wind and high-heat environments. The company highlighted that these solutions combine structural durability with precision tracking and speed, making them ideal for India’s diverse terrains and demanding commissioning schedules.
