As a business leader, some important milestones and challenges I have experienced include sustain our growth in pneumatics and also becoming pioneers in vacuum technology for industrial systems. This breakthrough occurred during 2015, which marked a significant turning point for our business and propelled us into the world of advanced technology. Another milestone was we were recognized by many top leading brands like ISRO, ITC, HUL, INDO MIM, VKL and many more.
However, the journey has not been without challenges. Competition from well-established companies in countries like Sweden and Germany has pushed us to continually innovate, maintain high-quality standards, and find unique selling propositions to differentiate ourselves in the market. Embracing automation to supplement our skilled workforce, we invest in advanced systems. Addressing cost challenges, we seek cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
How does your educational background and industry experience contribute to your success in the marketplace?
As the Managing Director of Unijet Pneumatics, my achievements are a result of my mechanical engineering background and extensive industry experience coupled with the unstinted support from my team. With a solid technical foundation, I efficiently develop both advanced pneumatic systems and vacuum based tech. products. Working in the production industry, in
organisations like Suzuki motorcycles, has broadened my perspective on various processes and technologies.
For over 25 years, Unijet Pneumatics has been a trusted provider of high-quality industrial solutions, driving the growth of diverse businesses. Our experienced R&D team and cutting-edge facilities enable us to offer tailor-made Pneumatic Valves for Compressed Air Systems, addressing industry challenges with innovative and competitive products.
After our entry in to Vacuum Tech. products, we have designed and delivered vacuum conveyors (UniVAC) and vacuum lifters (UniVAC) to FOOD , PHARMA AND CHEMICAL industries helping them not only in reducing manpower but enabled them to create very hygienic environment with almost zero spillage facilitating higher quality.
