These products include paper bags, ream wrapping paper, corrugated box paper, fluting
paper, and test liner paper, all available in a wide range of grammage and colors. “Our products provide consistent grammage, accurate moisture distribution, and bursting factor kudos to innovative automated processes and premium, environmentally friendly materials”, adds Aman.
Aman emphasizes investing in new technologies and equipment to improve the quality and efficiency of the paper manufacturing process. He ensures that Sri M.K. Paper Mills is equipped with modern machinery and technology, enabling the company to maintain uniform GSM and moisture levels in kraft paper. The company’s fully-automated system for controlling and monitoring modern equipment helps reduce manual errors and enhances safety.
Besides a size press for higher bursting factors and twin wire for uniform paper formation, Sri M.K. Paper Milss has an air cushion pressurized head box, Jasch scanner, and BTG valves for accurate GSM reading. Kedia has also introduced a new product line of eco-friendly paper that uses recycled waste paper as raw material. “We source this raw material waste paper, which accounts for approximately 10 percent of the company's capacity, from GP Harmon Recycling, USA”, mentions Kedia.
