Colliers India has appointed Arpit Mehrotra as Managing Director of Corporate Affairs, India.
Currently serving as Managing Director in South India, Mehrotra specializes in office communications, lease negotiations and tenant representation. After leading and growing the South India business significantly, he took over the management of the pan-India retail business.
Under his leadership, the company built strong corporate relationships and closed important transactions for many local and national clients. You will work closely with the CEO and local leaders to achieve the company's growth plans.
Over the past 4 years, Colliers India has been making large strides in the real estate industry, expanding its bouquet of services and penetrating newer markets.
