On Nov 22, Microsoft named Aparna Gupta as the new leader of the Global Delivery Center (GDC) within the Industry Solutions Delivery and the broader Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) organization.
Microsoft stated that in her new position as GDC leader, Gupta will be responsible for driving customer innovation and delivery excellence, accelerating cloud growth with top-tier talent, industry expertise, and partner ecosystem.
The Global Delivery Center (GDC) was founded in Hyderabad in 2005 as the delivery arm of Industry Solutions Delivery. Since then, it has expanded to two additional locations in Bangalore and Noida and has established a global presence. The GDC unites architects, consultants, and project managers to provide top-notch delivery solutions for customers around the globe.

The GDC consists of four Centres of Excellence (CoE) specializing in app innovation, Data and AI, Infra and Security, and Business Applications. Additionally, it includes functions such as Partner and Delivery Management and Adoption Management. United they represent a solid base of unrivaled technical expertise and effective delivery management, working towards the common goal of offering innovative solutions to customers all over the globe.
