SEPTEMBER 20248HIKROBOT DEBUTS NEW FORKLIFT MOBILE ROBOT FOR INDIAN MARKETKYOCERA AVX UNVEILS CAPACITORS FOR ADVANCED COMMUNICATIONSHikrobot showcased its latest Machine Vision Products and Mobile robots at the 17th edition of the Automation Expo in Mumbai, featuring cutting-edge technology and intelligent solutions. The company introduced the new product Forklift Latent Mobile Robot QF-1000 in India for the first time and also demonstrated the Tugging AMR at the event. The exhibition took place KYOCERA AVX, a leading global manufacturer of advanced electronic components designed to accelerate technological innovation, has launched the new ultra-low-ESR KGU Series C0G (NP0) RF multilayer ceramic chip capacitors (MLCCs).TOP STORIESThe new KGU Series RF MLCCs are designed to meet the increasing demand in the communications market for smaller RF capacitors that offer consistent RF performance. These capacitors come in four miniature EIA chip sizes ranging from 01005 to 0805 and are tailored for communications applications. The series features Class I C0G (NP0) ceramic dielectric materials, known for their stability and exhibiting a temperature coefficient of capacitance (TCC) of 0±30ppm/°C and essentially zero voltage coefficient. The capacitors also feature base metal electrodes made of copper plated with a tin/nickel alloy, providing high capacitance-voltage (CV) capabilities in small case sizes. Additionally, they offer ultra-low equivalent series resistance (ESR), high power, high Q, high self-resonant frequencies (SRF), and tight tolerances, making them ideal for various communications applications.Other features of the KGU Series RF MLCCs include RoHS compliance, resistance to thermal shock, long lifetime performance, lack of aging and piezoelectric effects, and tape and reel packaging for automated assembly.Mohammed Abu-Naim, RF Product Manager at KYOCERA AVX, expressed, "Our new KGU Series C0G (NP0) RF MLCCs are designed to meet the specific demands of the communications market, including ultra-low power, high repeatability, high power, high Q, high SRF, tight tolerances, and miniature EIA chip sizes". from 21-24 August at the BEC, Goregaon, Mumbai, and was inaugurated by Subramanian Sarma, President (energy) and Member of the Board, Larsen & Turbo, along with other dignitaries from the Indian Automation Industry. Hikrobot is dedicated to providing services to industry and logistics customers, with a commitment to promoting intelligentization and leading the intelligent manufacturing process. The newly launched Forklift Latent Mobile Robot is equipped with both the chassis and forks, combining flexibility with the ability to directly carry pallet loads. It is applicable to various types of carriers, supports extremely narrow roadway picking and putaway, and has increased moving speed by 25 percent to boost reservoir capacity. The robot also supports various safety protection plans for 360° protection, indicates device status via screen, status indicator, and speaker, and supports Wi-Fi communication and seamless roaming in a network-covered area. The HIKROBOT F-7 2000 TUGGING AMR is the latest addition to HIKROBOT'S product portfolio in India. These robots are available with natural navigation, support automatic hooking and unhooking, and have a load capacity of 2000 KG. They can move with high precision movement with 5 mm accuracy.
