"Actually we started taking up a very small project work in 2007, and which entailed modifying the area for one of the pharma company. Later, we got two more projects ­ one with a multinational company and another with one big Indian corporate. Scaling up from there as the company achieved a turnover of around eight crores the very first year, we grew very steadily and systematically achieving 10-15 percent growth almost every year. As we relished almost Rs.200 crores turnover in 2022, we have targeted to crossing Rs.250 crores turnover in 2023", says Firoz.He further adds, "Coping with and overcoming as many challenges in the construction field, we at Afita Constructions are looking to growing organically. We are also now thinking of diversifying and expanding our business in other industries segments like commercial and other infra work as there are a lot of demands surfacing from the MEP services sector, along with the civil, electrical & piping work. So, now we have started quoting for that and we are looking into taking up the turnkey works and expanding that way also. We have a long-defined list of branded Indian/MNC Clients/Consultants. Moreover, achieving the ENR Global Best Project Awards in the US in the year 2019, has been a rewarding testament to our exemplary project handling & execution skills, and we want to continue doing so offering our acknowledgeable services to our valuable clients".
