AmpIn Energy Transition, the power offtake will raise the amount of renewable energy used at the Allana Group factory in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, to nearly 50 percent of the entire energy mix. "AmpIn Energy Transition has solidified a strategic partnership with Allana Group to provide 4.5MW of solar power to its plant in Aligarh," the announcement read.AmpIn Energy Transition, the power will come from its 30 MW Mishrikh Solar Project. "With this offtake of 4.5MWp Solar Power, we will be taking Renewable Energy (RE) Replacement to about 50 percent of our Total Energy Mix at Our Aligarh Plant," stated Ajay Mittal, Director (Engineering, Services & Projects), Allana Group.Pinaki Bhattacharyya, CEO and MD of AmpIn Energy Transition, the business will keep assisting its clients in obtaining 100 percent renewable energy and reaping substantial economic and environmental benefits. Tata Motors' commercial vehicle production facility in Maharashtra, Tata Power Renewable Energy (TPREL) will install a 12 megawatt (MW) on-site solar installation. The Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) between TPREL and Tata Motors has already signed. Tata Motors and Tata Power Renewable Energy (TPREL) have entered into a PPA to develop a new 12MWp on-site solar project at Tata Motors' commercial vehicle manufacturing facility in Pune.The project will produce 17.5 million electricity units annually, reducing about 12,400 tonnes of carbon dioxide. "The signing of a 12MWp PPA with Tata Motors highlights our significant advancement towards our common objectives for a sustainable future. According to Ashish Khanna, CEO of Tata Power Renewable Energy Ltd., "We are dedicated to supporting the energy transition of our C&I consumers through a bouquet of our clean energy solutions."The most recent order comes after 26-MW captive solar facility for Neosym Industry (Neosym) in Maharashtra, a 6-MW captive solar plant for Chalet Hotels, and a 28.12-MW green energy plant for Sanyo Special Steel Manufacturing India (SSMI).
